Women’s Platform Tennis at SLT&CC is energetic and engaging, driven by dedicated players who love the game. The season features league play, clinics, tournaments, and social events that blend competitive action on the courts with fun camaraderie off the courts.

SLT&CC fields four teams in the New Jersey Women’s Platform Tennis League (NJWPTL). There are over 115 teams from approximately 37 clubs in the NJWPTL. SLT&CC plays in Series 1, Series 4, Series 5 and Series 12. The 14 match season begins in late October and ends late February. SLT&CC teams have weekly team practices with our club professionals.

SLT&CC also plays in the Women’s Platform Tennis Shore League. This league includes teams from six local clubs: Navesink Country Club, Rumson Country Club, The Atlantic Club, Deal Golf & Country Club and Bay Head Yacht Club. SLT&CC fields two teams in this league, Shore Red and Shore Green. SLT&CC Shore League players have weekly practices with our club professionals.

The Women’s Platform Tennis program at SLT&CC is one of the Club’s most active and dynamic offerings. The season opens with the annual Team Round Robin Breakfast, followed by a robust calendar of clinics, themed evening round robins, Member-Member and Member-Guest tournaments, and social gatherings. From competitive play to community-building events, the women’s paddle program is a cornerstone of the SLT&CC experience.
