ANNUAL RAFFLE

Our 2024 Annual Raffle is underway!  This year we have a particular focus in fundraising for our Phase II preservation efforts to our 136 year old Clubhouse.  In October 2023 SLT&CC Landmark Friends was awarded another matching grant from NJ Historic Trust to complete Phase II of our Clubhouse restoration project.  The next areas to be repaired will include:
  1. The Men’s Locker rooms and Pro Shop foundations, including masonry support, new wood framing and the connections between the foundation and the roof.
  2. All the windows will be rehabbed to make sure they are operational.
  3. All electrical wiring and receptacles will be upgraded to bring everything up to code and in compliance with fire-safety regulations.  This will include the upgrade of the existing panel and sub-panels and wiring to existing lighting and receptacles.
The award of the grant provides tremendous financial support, however, the Club is required to match the grant and the combined funds do not cover all of the costs associated with the Phase II work.  All of the funds raised via our Annual Raffle will go directly towards the preservation of our Clubhouse. 
 
Tickets for the Annual Raffle may be purchased online via credit card (refer to link below), by mailing in a check made out to SLTCC Landmark Friends and indicating the number of tickets, or in-person via cash, check or credit card on the Porch during designated times.  All funds towards the Annual Raffle and donated to SLT&CC Landmark Friends are tax deductible.  Tickets are $50 each.
